Akulon® Polyamide (PA 6 and PA 66) has grades suited to all processing techniques, including extrusion, injection and blow molding. For molded parts, they offer an excellent balance of easy design and processing with outstanding mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and in diverse operating environments.
Akulon® RePurposed Polyamide (PA 6) is made from abandoned nylon fishing nets that are cut up, cleaned, extruded, inspected for quality, and shipped back for compounding. The compounded grades rely on 100% sustainable feedstocks, while delivering material performance nearly on par with virgin material grades.
Akulon® Ultraflow® Polyamide (PA 6) stands among polyamides by its high flow, superior surface appearance (less need for painting), and fast cycling behavior. When compared to standard PA 6 grades, this easy-to-process polyamide 6 improves flow by up to 80% and reduces injection molding cycle times by 40% while having no effect on mechanical properties.
Arnite® Care Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) is a medical-grade material that can be used in a broad range of non-invasive medical devices. It meets or exceeds global standards, including U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) food contact compliance, ISO-10993 and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Class VI standards.
Arnite® A Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and Arnite* T Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic (E&E) and consumer goods applications. A wide portfolio of Arnite* are available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant (FR) grades.
Arnitel® Eco Thermoplastic Copolyesters are based on 50% renewable resources derived from rapeseed oil.
Arnitel® Care Polyester-based Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPC) is a medical-grade material that can be used in a broad range of non-invasive medical devices. It meets or exceeds global standards, including U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) food contact compliance, ISO-10993 and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Class VI standards.
Arnitel® Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomers (TPEs) are used in various automotive applications, including airducts, tubes, hoses, boots, bellows, and cables.
EcoPaXX® Bio-based Polyamides are high-performance materials with a neutral carbon footprint. Approximately 70% of its building blocks are derived from the castor bean plant, a renewable resource.
EcoPaXX® B-MB is an unfilled long aliphatic polyamide for use in film and monofilament extrusion applications.
ForTii® Polyamides (PAs) are high-performance semi-aromatic PPAs based on the unique “C4” diamine technology, and offer excellent dimensional stability, compatibility with lead-free reflow soldering, and the highest stiffness and mechanical strength at extreme temperatures.
ForTii® Ace Polyphthalamide (PPA) is a high melting Polyphthalamide with mechanical strength at extreme temperatures and superior chemical resistance. Of all PPAs, ForTii Ace has the highest aromatic content (>50wt%).
ForTii® Care Polyphthalamide (PPA) is a medical-grade material that can be used in a broad range of non-invasive medical devices. It meets or exceeds global standards, including U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) food contact compliance, ISO-10993 and United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Class VI standards.
ForTii® Eco Bio-based Polyamides are a family of high-performance polyamide 4T materials, partially produced from renewable resources. These materials fit with the growing need of faster, thinner and more sustainable devices in the electronics industry.
Stanyl® Polyamide 46 (PA 46) are the first high-temperature polyamides and the only aliphatic polyamides in its class. The symmetry of its structure ensures that the polymers fit in the crystal in multiple ways, giving rise to high crystallization speeds and high crystallinity.
Stanyl® B-MB Polyamide 46 (PA 46) are bio-based products that enables customers to lower their carbon footprint without having to requalify their applications as these material have exactly the same properties as the 100% fossil based alternatives.
Stanyl® ECO Polyamide 46 (PA 46) are a series of polyamides with raw materials partially derived from castor oil. They feature high flowability, high temperature toughness, wear and friction resistance, with high gloss surface appearance, dimensional stability and sustainability.
Xytron® Polyphenylene Sulfides (PPS) offer extreme chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsically flame retardancy, high stiffness up to glass transition point (90 °C), continuous use temperature (CUT) of 240-260 °C, and a melting point of 280 °C.
