SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. SUPEER has good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance blown film applications. A key benefit is its increased package integrity and bagging line speed due to its improved sealing performance. There are 21 grades within the SUPEER metallocene family.

Grades

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7118LE is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance blown film applications. Films produced with this grade offer good tensile and impact strength, puncture resistance and sealing properties. The resin contains anti-block and slip agent.

SABIC® mLLDPE 7118LE is typically used for applications like heavy duty bags, agriculture film, stretch hood, lamination film, frozen bags. Properties have been measured on blown film of 25 µm (mono layer) and BUR = 2.5. Typical processing conditions for SABIC® mLLDPE 7118LE: processing temperatures 180 - 230 °C. This product is not intended for and must not be used in any pharmaceutical/medical applications.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7118NE is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance blown film applications. Films produced with this grade offer good tensile and impact strength, puncture resistance and sealing properties.

SUPEER 7118NE is typically used for applications like heavy duty bags, agriculture film, stretch hood, lamination film, frozen bags. Properties have been measured on blown film of 25 µm and BUR = 2.5. Typical processing conditions for SUPEER™ Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7118NE: processing temperatures 180 - 230 °C Blow up ratio: 2.0 - 4.0. SABIC SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7118NM is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance blown film applications. It has also very good bubble stability. Films produced with this grade offer good tensile and extremely high impact strength, excellent optical properties, puncture resistance and low temperature sealing characteristics.

SUPEER 7120BE is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability for film extrusion via cast technology mainly due to its dedicated stabilization package. This grade is typically used to produce thin stiff stretch film for hand wrap and semi-automatic wrapper applications. Stretch film produced with this grade offers increased holding force, impact and puncture resistance. In silage wrap cast film 7120BE it also increases puncture resistance and shows a limiting neck-in.

Besides this, SUPEER 7120BE can typically be used as booster resin for cast and blown stretch film that contain PCR (Post Consumer Recycling) material. Here it will boost mechanical properties, reduce gels during film extrusion and give smooth process ability. Properties have been measured on cast film of 25 µm. SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7318BE is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance cast film applications. Films produced with this grade offer good impact strength, puncture resistance, sealing and optical properties. SUPEER 7318BE is typically used for stretch and lamination films.

It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE blown film applications and have excellent processability.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7318BE is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance cast film applications. Films produced with this grade offer good impact strength, puncture resistance, sealing and optical properties. SUPEER™ Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7318BE is typically used for stretch and lamination films.

It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE blown film applications and have excellent processability. It contains slip and antiblock additives.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 8115 is an ethylene-octene copolymer produced via Nexlene™ Technology. It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE blown film applications and has good processability. The grade offers better performance in terms of tensile properties, stiffness / toughness ratio and optical properties.

SABIC SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 7218WM is a metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer. It has a good processability and performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance blown film applications. It has also very good bubble stability. Films produced with this grade offer good tensile and extremely high impact strength, excellent optical properties, puncture resistance and low temperature sealing characteristics.

SABIC SUPEER 8115L is an ethylene-octene copolymer produced via Nexlene Technology. It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE blown film applications and has good processability. The grade offers better performance in terms of tensile properties, stiffness / toughness ratio and optical properties.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 8118 is an ethylene-octene copolymer produced via solution polymerization using metallocene catalyst. It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE blown film applications and have excellent processability.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 8118L is an ethylene-octene copolymer produced via solution polymerization using metallocene catalyst. It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE blown film applications and have excellent processability. It contains slip and antiblock additives.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 8315 is an ethylene-octene copolymers produced via solution polymerization using metallocene catalyst. It performs well in a wide range of general purpose and high performance LLDPE cast film applications and has excellent impact strength and good transparency. SUPEER™ Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) 8315 contains no slip and no antiblock additives.

SUPEER Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene (mLLDPE) P8200RT is an ethylene-octene copolymer produced via solution polymerization using metallocene catalyst. SUPEER™ P8200RT performs well in a wide range of pipe applications with excellent long-term hydrostatic strength, combined with good surface and superior processibility. It is designed to fulfill all the requirements of DIN 16833 / ISO 24033 for PE-RT Type II.
