SUPERKLEEN® by Alphagary is a line of flexible PVC compounds formulated with non-phthalate, bio-based plasticizers, aiming to provide a more renewable alternative to fossil fuel-plasticized products. These compounds are designed for extrusion and molding applications, providing the same feel, flexibility, and ease of processing as conventional vinyl compounds. SUPERKLEEN® compounds support sustainability goals through the use of bio-based plasticizers, without compromising performance or processability. Formulated with FDA-sanctioned ingredients under Title 21 CFR, they are designed to pass USP Class VI Biocompatibility and Cytotoxicity requirements. Compounds are flexible (ranging from 53A to 90A) providing the necessary elasticity for product design.
