A lifelong New Jersey resident—proudly a “Jersey Girl”—Kara balances her professional dedication with a vibrant personal life. She has been married for eight years and is a devoted pet parent to two fur babies. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and perfecting her grandmother’s Italian recipes, earning a reputation for her killer meatballs. As a fun fact, Kara is also proudly considered a “Disney Adult.”

Known as a trusted mentor and go-to resource, Nadine is valued across departments for her deep knowledge and collaborative approach.

Outside of work, Nadine is the proud parent of six children, which means her hobbies often revolve around family life and sports. She also makes a point to stay current on the latest digital platforms—always aiming to stay one step ahead of her teenagers. Fun fact: her very first customer service role had her dressed as Grimace for a year at kids’ birthday parties. Can you guess where?

Throughout her career, she has been known for her collaborative mindset and her ability to bring people together to achieve shared goals—something she finds especially rewarding.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Dana has called Columbus home for nearly 28 years. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, exploring local restaurants, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes football team.

Amy Cermak joined Nexeo Plastics in June 1998 and brings 26 years of experience supporting customers across all U.S. regions, including Puerto Rico. Beginning her career in the Ohio region as a Customer Solutions Representative, Amy has since served as both a Customer Solutions Representative and Customer Solutions Lead, earning a reputation for her deep institutional knowledge and willingness to support teams wherever needed.

Based in Delaware, Ohio, Amy brings a unique background to her role, having previously worked for Marriott Hotels. Through that experience, she had the opportunity to meet a variety of notable figures, including Johnny Cash, June Carter Cash, Kid Rock, KC of KC and the Sunshine Band, David Byrne of Talking Heads, and Billy Graham.

Over the years, she has contributed to several major initiatives, including serving as part of the original Ashland SAP Blueprint team, where she played key roles as both a Power User and Trainer. Her deep experience and historical knowledge make her a trusted resource across teams.

Outside of work, Frankie is a proud mother of three and grandmother of two—at least for now. She enjoys reading and knitting, but her true passion is baking. Whether it’s perfecting a new recipe or sharing homemade treats with family and friends, she finds joy in creating something warm and delicious.
